And in the heart of Holistika, Sabella is born, a 4-independent villa luxury development that combines luxury with the holistic, conscious lifestyle Holistika proposes: two villa models, the “Terra” and “Aira” houses, that count with private pools and terraces. Developed by LS Lab, the prestigious international architecture studio formed by Rubén Segovia and Delia Leal, it’s design embraces mayan traditional elements and mixes them with contemporary architecture for a more dynamic and harmonious way of living, allowing a connection with nature in an unique way.

For this project, LS Lab developed a general concept where a green heart in the middle of the houses provides natural light access, and the views of nature, creating a sense of community and connection. The project also connects with the streets in a responsible way, looking out for privacy and harmony with the surroundings. Here, the landscape is the main connector between the interior and exterior spaces, bringing the possibility of passive climatization, water absorption and shadow placements. The area has majestic trees like Yaxnic and chacá, which we conserve in order to respect nature.
Sabella gathers the Caribbean, nature, high-end architecture, sustainability and the wellness-oriented lifestyle of Holistika in a single project that creates the house of your dreams.
