Barrio Calé, a unique private gated community that combines sustainability and exclusiveness in Holistika
Sustainable communities, the future
For the past decades, building a sustainable way of living has been one of the greatest challenges our civilization has had to face. Humans had to think of a way to coexist with nature, producing the smallest environmental impact possible. As a consequence, Holistika was born in the heart of Tulum, in the middle of the Mayan jungle. Here, a community was created where people from all over the globe arrive, seeking to connect with nature and to develop a conscious and holistic lifestyle.

Immersed in Holistika’s jungle, a unique project is born: Barrio Calé. Centered on sustainability, it’s design is focused on creating healthy and safe environments for the construction of houses, preserving the native forest, promoting cohesion and the participation of people in order to enrich their existence.
The Calé Experience: nature and exclusiveness
Here, the doors open to a unique residential space where each and every one can coexist with nature, respecting its existence and its permanence to create homes that embrace the endemic flora and fauna of the space.

Barrio Calé is a private gated community that has security and controlled access 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The delimited space is immersed in nature and guarantees residents an unique experience in terms of privacy and exclusivity, promoting life and contact within its community. It has 26 lots distributed in an area of almost two hectares, which range from 339m2 to 551.9m2, all destined exclusively for the construction of houses immersed in the privacy of the jungle to cultivate a conscious lifestyle.
On this project, the distribution of spaces has as a principle the respect for the environment: a large walker unfolds into the jungle, crossing through Barrio Calé from start to finish, connecting residential spaces with conscious spaces, areas where neighbors coexist day by day through physical and recreational activities.
